Guide - how to register on EG Freelancer forum:
Step 1 - Go to registration page -
http://www.elite-games.ru/conference/profile.php?mode=register
Step 2 - Read (if you know Russian) rules of forum (they are typical - no offense, no bad words, etc.) and if you agree click the following link:
"Я согласен с этими условиями и мне 13 лет или больше"
("I agree with this rules and I'm 13 years old or older")
Step 3 - Then you have to fill the form -
"Регистрационная информация" ("Registration information")
Имя: (name)
Адрес e-mail: (e-mail address)
Пароль: (password)
Подтвердите пароль: (confirm password)
Профиль (profile)
ICQ Number: (UIN)
Сайт: (web-site)
Откуда: (location)
Род занятий: (occupation)

As a leader of [OEG] clan I would like to say some words to all foreign visitors.
Feel free to use this thread for communication with our clan [OEG]. You can ask any questions about our clan and our policy to freelancer clans.
The policy of [OEG]:
1.No cheats, mods, hacks in MP Freelancer.
2.No tolling in any system.
3.Any pilot has a right to go to any system without restrictions.
4. No player killing, except only for self-defense or for defense of our allies or duel.
Please, don`t break a forum rules and you will be welcome any time here.

[O.I.A] is the oldest, the most powerfull & the biggest Clan @ K-Play<Hamburg-City>Server. We are always looking for chalenge & fun, that's why we collect a passing-through tax in the Omicron Systems from every player. The tax depends on the Player-Level (Lvl.30 = 100k, Lvl. 38 & above = 500k). U PAY IT ONCE. IF U DON'T PAY WE'LL HUNT U & SHOT U DOWN TILL U DO  A list with the player who have paid is under "News" @ www.oia-clan.de.vu. Therefor we were called Pirates...just like our greatest enemy, The Snakes...Thousends of new Clan were born to destroy us - no one survived till now  Their list is long: [Outcasts], ]HC-SP[, [LA], [HH], [Federation], [Overlord], [MC], [UsF], [MoH, [CoD]...what should i say - all of them noobs who can only talk and respawn 100 times in 30 min  or better - 1-Man-Clan. Our ruels are simple: NO CHEATING, NO BAD WORDS, NO NAZI-WORDS (very important for the germans!!!). Well, that's all i think. C U @ HHC...And i hope u have already paid your tax 
P.S.: We can make an agreament with other Pirates, sich like Defence- or Coalition-Pact etc. Everybody can contact us using ICQ oder our HP: www.oia.clan.de.vu (IS IN GERMAN!!!)

Most of u dont understand other languages than russian... And the most player on K-Play<Hamburg City> speak only german... The result is very simple: DON'T TALK, JUST KILL

To your surprise most of us DO speak english and few speak german as well, thats why we don't just "KILL", it's not counter strike you know  we "PLAY"

I don't have any problem with [OeG]. But u have some with the Snakes . There're couple of 1-man-Clans disturbing us and we think its about time to get rid of them. Haven't make it since summer . It will be a what of fun. Setting a new respawn record (166 in 1 day by the time, set on 12.12.2003 by [Overlord]-Member). For those who want to join us in fight against [HH], [LA], [Overlords], [Federation], Eagle_Flash etc - just talk to [O.I.A]Kirkitadse (he's not a georgean but from Germany) in ICQ (ICQ# from Member-List on our HP). P.S.: Wenn Du für die Diplomatie zuständig bist, wieso kontaktiert nur Akira mich ? Und wenn ich mich nit irre, Ihr wolltet auch auf Hamburg City was fordern, nämlich in den Sigmas & Omegas.

Hey, gentlemen ! How can get to "Hamburg-City". It always says that "name that you provide, is not in the list" ????? It's the only K-play server where I could not get in...

This is not ban.
You get same message if account creation is disabled on a server.
