You must write what reputation you want to set to other registered clans, like here: http://www.elite-games.ru/conference/viewtopic.php?t=22266&start=40
It can be from -0.9 to 0.9
Clan who has reputation from -0.6 to -0.9 is red on your radar, from 0.6 to 0.9 - is green.
