Developer Notes  
Feedback : 
Version History :  	v1.0 allows undockable comsec on corvette
			v2.0 	corvette, tug, and patcom can detach comsec.
				 Comsecs eject if ship destroyed
				Ships and systems lost from inventory if ship destroyed.
Known Issues :   comsec docks backwards sometimes, must be near home base before F8 docking.
