Aesthir, I got reply from admins:
1. It's Ok, if you just stipulate in application, that supplying character will be both bank and warehouse.
2. If the char won't have any specific location - just write about it in application.
3. No limits about trade routes and other ways of earning money. But be ready to be questioned about them if administration notices something unusual in your level jumping.

Heh ok, thanks for the answers Juni. I used to play on an Ultima Online roleplaying shard so I know it can definately add a lotta flavor to the game.
It all looks very well set up. These rules are very reasonable and the overall picture looks great. Good luck with your server!
I'll inform the other members of WP and, maybe, one day WP might decide to come there too...

So, FS means "Flibustiers de Sirius" which means "Sirius Hackers" 
Piracy and killing is our hobbies.
We meet OEG/EG far deeply during the war that opposes OEG/EG against LD/WP/FS. Now, war seems to be finished and it is better.
FS will always fight in good mood.

We propose you a Role Play (RP) on KPlay #1
Here is the rules:
---------------------------------------------------------------
The teams :
- 2 freighters of your choice, equipped with weapons, without anything in the hold.
- 4 fighters of your choice, with weapons
- 1 leader (fighter), which will communicate with the leader of the other teams
The RolePlay
A financial contribution will be asked: 1.500.000$ for each team, ie 250.000$/players.
This contribution must be given to a fourth party player at the beginning of the RP. This sum (4.500.000$) will be the award for the winner team. The amount can be reevaluated, if all parties do not agreed.
The groups will be formed at the beginning of the RP, and only grouped players can participate.
Leaders will communicate each other to give the departure and resolve problems.
WP will start at Planet New Berlin.
OEG will start at Planet New Tokyo.
FS will start at Planet New London.
The fighters’ aim is to protect their freighters or to attack the enemy’s ones, as you want.
The winner team will be the one which dock its two freighters in Manhattan.
In case of disconnection of a player, the concerned team can freely decide to go on, or to leave the RP. In that case, this team must pay the promise 1.500.000$.
It will be a two times departure:
_ first, fighters, but they are able to stay with freighters
_ 5 minutes later, freighters
If a team has a lack of players, it can invite a member of an other team to ensure the RP.
Are allowed:
_ To take the path of your will
_ To dock anywhere you want
_ To use shields regen and hull regen during the RP
_ To fight in New York (hum, the rules of KPlay will be broken ^^)
_ To cancel trade lanes
Are forbidden:
_ To dockkill
_ To dock with a fighter in New York system
_ To use non-conventional weapons (cheated ones)
_ To use speed-mod
_ To cheat in general
_ To ask for help to other players
_ To accept help from other players
_ To change account during the RP
_ To hit the F1 key during the RP
_ To enter the departure system of an other team
_ Not to respect the departure schedule

Извини, Джуни, повторяю здесь, потому что в теме к-плея это затеряется:
Правила ролевой игры на сервере К-Плей #1 (перевод):
Составы команд:
- 2 любых транспортных корабля, с оружием, с пустым трюмом;
- 4 любых истребителя, с оружием;
- 1 лидер (на истребителе), который будет общаться с лидерами других команд.
Ролевая игра (далее РИ):
Перед началом РИ каждая команда передает независимому наблюдателю в качестве взноса 1,5 млн. кредитов, т.е. по 250 тыс. кредитов с игрока. Сумма, собранная с трех команд (4,5 млн. кредитов) будет передана команде-победителю. Указанная сумма взносов может быть изменена, если участники не будут согласны.
Группы игроков будут сформированы перед началом РИ, состав участников не может меняться в процессе игры.
Лидеры общаются между собой для решения проблем и синхронизации момента старта.
WP начинает игру с планеты Новый Берлин.
OEG начинает игру с планеты Новый Токио.
FS начинает игру с планеты Новый Лондон.
Задача истребителей – защищать свои транспортные корабли или атаковать вражеские корабли.
Победителем является команда, которая первая приземлит оба свои транспортные корабли на Манхеттене.
В случае потери связи с сервером у участника соответствующая команда может принять решение о продолжении РИ или выходе из РИ. В последнем случае команда теряет 1,5 млн. кредитов, внесенных в качестве взноса.
Корабли команд стартуют в два этапа:
- сначала стартуют истребители, но они имеют право оставаться с транспортными кораблями;
- через 5 минут стартуют транспортные корабли.
Если в команде не хватает игроков, то возможно приглашение из другого клана для старта РИ.
Разрешено:
- выбирать любой маршрут;
- садиться на любую базу/планету;
- использовать батарейки и наноботы;
- вести сражения в системе Нью-Йорк (хм, Правила К-Плея будут нарушены);
- выходить в любом месте из торговых магистралей.
Запрещено:
- осуществлять доккилинг (атака игрока, влет/вылет с базы/планеты);
- истребителям приземляться на базы/планеты в системе Нью-Йорк;
- использовать нестандартное (читенное) вооружение;
- использовать спид-мод;
- читить вообще;
- просить помощи у игроков, не принимающих участие в РИ;
- принимать помощь у игроков, не принимающих участие в РИ;
- менять чары в период проведения РИ;
- использовать клавишу F1 в период проведения РИ;
- посещать стартовую систему другой команды;
- не соблюдать правила старта.

Voting of members OEG by the termination of war against WP, FS and GTF is finished, the majority of pilots have supported role game instead of war.
It does not mean that OEG is not capable to go on the war, we have enough forces and will to continue war. But we think that for a difference it is possible to try something another, except for slaughter at Crete and Malta. Thinking out role games together we shall not allow Freelancer to die, if Microsoft does not care about it.
If WP and FS and GTF are respect the peace we cease fire against these clans on all servers since Aprile 13 2004.

Attention, pilots!
There have been severe lags noticed on EG Main HQ 24/7 server. After short analysis a reason of lagging has been found - some pilots used mods. As you know, mods/cheats are prohibited, so we will strictly ban anyone who logs on our server using modified ini-files. No offends. Don't forget to deactivate other servers' mods such as Andromeda's.
Leaders of clans - advise all of your members.

By the way, Alaska is a very nice system!
Only on our humane server you'll receive a ticket to another systems, which are closed in original Freelancer, instead of BAN.
